For those schools, and schools with no on-site IT resource, we are able to provide an IT Support service that's right for them - whether it's just holiday cover or a fully outsourced service allowing staff at the school to remain 100% focused on their own job without worrying about the performance of their IT
Knowledgeable and Friendly Team:
We have a friendly, knowledgeable team of 1st line engineers available on the phone to take calls and fix most day to day problems, as well as a vastly experienced team of 2nd and 3rd line engineers available to fix more complex issues and visit the school site as and when required.
Most of the schools we work with have regular scheduled site visits built in to their monthly support agreement, ranging from one visit per quarter to one per week, depending on the size and complexity of the school’s IT network.
Tailored to your Needs:
Some schools are fortunate enough to have their own internal IT resource in the form of an IT Manager or Network Engineer and here we are able to work alongside this resource providing holiday, sickness and overflow cover as well as high-level network support and strategic input and planning. We are even able to station Network Engineers permanently on site should this be the preferred requirement.
We recognise that the needs and preferences of each school will be different and we have the experience and flexibility to provide the right IT support requirements.
