Remember - some Microsoft Software packages reach End of Life in Jan 2020
on 25/06/2019 00:00:00

At the beginning of the year, we advised you that from January 2020 a number of Microsoft software products will reach End of Life and will therefore no longer be patched or supported by Microsoft. This will make them increasingly vulnerable to cyberattacks.

The affected software includes:

  • Small Business Server 2011
  • Windows Server 2008
  • Exchange 2010
  • Windows 7
  • Office 2010

For more information and a reminder on how it could affect you, please read our guide to The 2020 Problem.

If you have already taken action to upgrade or replace any of the Microsoft software listed, then that's great news.

However, if you do still have any of them running on your IT network and have not yet addressed the matter, then don't worry as you still have time. Our team can talk you through the upgrade or replacement options available and let you know what would be best for your business. As you can imagine though, our engineering diary for the second half of 2019 is already filling up so please act now to ensure that your IT network will get the updates it needs.

For any further information and advice on these Microsoft software packages, please don’t hesitate to contact your Account Manager or one of our sales team on sales@ntsols.com who will be happy to help you.
